Founder Story

My Cheer Tribe App founder Chantelle James runs one of Australia’s most successful cheerleading gyms, Outlaws Edge. After unsuccessfully searching the market for customer relationship software (CRM) and admin software that could help run her business, Chantelle decided to build a custom solution for gym and club owners across the world. Appomate helped her build a CRM/admin tool that is fun and easy to use and helps dance and cheerleading businesses run professionally.

My Cheer Tribe is built specifically for cheer coaches and gym owners to get inspired and thrive. It’s a dedicated space to share resources, tips and inspiration that help make running a business more fun, organised, efficient & effective.

  • Club information

    The app lets coaches and owners share important club info, such as music, documents, links, newsletters and more, in their own club info area.

  • Communication

    The app allows users to communicate with their club and teams in their own space, with dedicated areas for events, information, chat, news feed and more.

  • Notifications

    Everyone can stay up to date with notifications for communications, class changes, new info in the Club Area, and all other useful things gym and club users needs to know.

  • Attendance & athlete management

    Athletes can submit absence requests, receive reports from the club if there’s a situation or injury, manage their profiles, and see which classes they’ve attended and have been absent from using the app.

  • Calendar

    The app helps students and parents keep track of their class schedules, sign up to classes, and keep up to date with changes. It also helps owners manage class attendance and let their members know where and when classes and events are happening.

  • Family profiles

    To help all different kinds of families stay in the loop with their children’s schedules, multiple parents can have accounts for their children. Parents can also access all their children’s profiles in their parent profile.
